All rates are quoted per room and night including breakfast and all taxes.
Please kindly note that your booking is binding. The booked duration of stay will be the basis for the amount charged by the hotel. Bookings need to be guaranteed either by a deposit amounting to the costs of the first night (for bookings up to four nights) / two nights (for bookings more than four nights) or by a valid credit card of which the booking person has to be the holder.
The deposit amount has to be paid to the following bank account: HypoVereinsbank München, Kto. 654 028 4588, BLZ 100 202 70, IBAN: DE 8770 0202 7065 4028 4588, SWIFT (BIC): HYVEDEMMXXX, until January 30th 2009 and will be deducted later from your hotel bill. If you indicate your credit card (number, expiry date) the reservation is guaranteed and no deposit will be charged. With your booking you agree that INTERPLAN AG is entitled to forward the credit card information to the hotel.
All bookings that have not been guaranteed by either above mentioned method by January 30th 2009 will be cancelled automatically.
INTERPLAN AG keeps the right to accommodate you in another hotel equivalent to the requested hotel category if the hotel you have chosen is fully booked.
Cancellation of hotel bookings can be made until January 30th 2009 (Tourotel Mariahilf: February 26th 2009) and have to be sent in written to INTERPLAN AG. In case of cancellation after January 30th 2009 (Tourotel Mariahilf: February 26th 2009), or in case of no show or lost room nights due to later arrival and earlier departure, the hotel is entitled to charge the cancellation fee which can amount up to 100% of the accommodation costs. INTERPLAN AG and the hotel will do their very best to resell the hotel room and therefore avoid high cancellation costs.
For total cancellation until January 30th 2009 (Tourotel Mariahilf: February 26th 2009) INTERPLAN AG will charge EUR 25.00 (19% German VAT included) arrangement fee. With your booking you agree to all stated terms and conditions.
