As the congress will start in only two days time a pre-registration is not possible anymore.

Conditions of Payment and Cancellation

Payments are required to be made in EURO (€) by bank transfer or credit card (VISA, Eurocard or AMEX).

Banking fees have to be settled by the remitter.

Please kindly note that payment by bank transfer can only be taken into consideration until April 23rd 2009. After this date only direct payment by credit card or payment on-site will be accepted.

Payments by credit card will be charged directly with your online registration.

In case of cancellation up to six weeks before onset of the congress (April 2nd 2009), 25% of the registration fees will be retained. In case of cancellation after this date and in case of no-show, the complete amount of 100% of the registration fee will be charged.

All changes in booking will be charged with a handling fee of 30.00 EUR (19 % German VAT included).
Cancellation and changes in booking have to be sent to INTERPLAN AG in written.

Data Protection

INTERPLAN handles all personal data according to the laws of § 4 under the Federal Data Protection Act.
For your registration to the above mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative. This is done solely as a means to the organisation and completion of the event.
Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the Congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel).
The legislator requires us to obtain your consent. The registration to this congress is not possible if we do not get this.
