Fees for PARTICIPANTS include:
- Congress bag and printed materials
- Participation in scientific sessions
- Entrance to the Exhibition
- Opening Ceremony and Get Together Reception on Wednesday
- Coffee/tea during breaks
- 3 lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Free usage of public transportation for the duration of the Congress
- 1 site visit on either Thursday or Friday.
Fees for ACCOMPANYING PERSONS include:
- Two half-day tours, coinciding with the scientific sessions
- Opening Ceremony and Get Together Reception on Wednesday
- Free usage of public transportation for the duration of the Congress
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Postmarked until and including December 1, 2002 - 100% refund (minus EUR 50 handling fee)
- Postmarked from December 2, 2002 - 50% refund
- No refund on cancellations sent after March 1, 2003
