Description of the work The research work was carried out in interdisciplinarity I. The clinicians and researchers (sociologists, philosophers, psychoanalysts) prepared an appraisal and an inventory of seven in-hospital mobile teams in Europe II. Clinicians, researchers and scientists from different European institutions and universities (areas of research: philosophy, ethics, sociology, palliative care) defined the methodology, the summary and the analysis of this inventory which together was constituing the evaluation report. A group of consultants (areas of expertise: training and organisational strategy teaching, communication, systemic therapy, psychoanalysis) worked out a specific training programme for the members of the mobile teams taking into account the summary of the evaluation report.
Results: 1. A pilote training programme for the members of the mobile teams within the framework of promoting their integration and collaboration with the hospital services (important areas: organisational strategies, intercollegial communications, and clinical ethical mediation). 2. A Brochure with 25 European recommendations on teaching and organisational strategies for the integration of mobile teams and the promotion of a philosophy of patient centered care. The ethical and socio-political aspect is an integral part of these recommendations and accompanies the teaching project.
