Executive West, provides a comprehensive range of Specialist Palliative Care Services and Services for Older People throughout Counties Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary (Mid-West Region).

Milford Care Centre, as a modern state of the art Healthcare faculty, is committed to the provision of services of the highest quality. Milford Care Centre was accredited by the Irish Health Services Accreditation Board in February 2007. The Centre is located adjacent to the University of Limerick, and provides a range of excellent facilities for its staff.

RESEARCHER
We are currently recruiting a Researcher for an innovative and exciting project evaluating and developing multidisciplinary patient assessment. If you have specialist palliative care experience, an interest in and knowledge of research and wish to make a significant contribution to patient care then we are interested in hearing from you.

Applicants should hold a nursing, medical, allied health professional or equivalent qualification.

The position is temporary and will initially be filled on a part-time basis. The duration of this appointment is for a period of up to two years and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, subject to the limits of the available budget. This budget may increase in 2009 following a review of project needs and availability of resources.
