A new website aims to bring the worldwide palliative care community closer together. The Hospice Palliative Care Associations' website http://www.wwpca.net will enable national palliative care associations and provider services across the world to share experience and information and reduce the problems of working in isolation.

The site, which will include publications, discussion boards and an Education Zone, with a range of topical resources, will facilitate dialogue between health professionals, academics and managers on the new and increasing agenda for palliative care. Contributions are welcomed and there are clear guidelines on how to present and upload information.
