Online CME in End-of-Life Care

Glenview, IL – The American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM) offers three online CME credits quarterly through PC-FACS (Fast Article Critical Summaries for Clinicians in Palliative Care). PC-FACS offers clinicians a convenient way to fulfill CME requirements while keeping up-to-date with medical and scientific research related to hospice and palliative care.

PC-FACS will be of interest to geriatricians, oncologists, pain specialists, physicians in internal and family medicine, and others interested in palliative care. This electronic publication provides clinicians with concise summaries of important findings from more than 30 medical and scientific journals. Each month, a compilation of 4-5 articles with systematic review and insightful commentaries helps you stay on top of the latest research in end-of-life care and the field of hospice and palliative medicine.

CME credits covering the March-June 2006 issues of PC-FACS are available now. The quarterly posttest and CME credits based on PC-FACS are available to AAHPM members and PC-FACS subscribers only. A subscription to PC-FACS is a benefit of membership in the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
