Education

  • 1980 Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Milan, Italy. Graduated in business economics, studies for professional practice, in 1980.
  • 1973 Istituto Tecnico Commerciale Statale Gino Zappa, Milan, Italy. Diploma in accountancy obtained in July 1973.

Professional experience

He has been carrying out the activity of Dottore Commercialista (Chartered Public Accountant) since September 1983.

Until 1987, co-operation with the professional firm Caramanti-Ticozzi-Marino & Partners. Since 1988 until 1993, activity as a self employer.

In January 1994, he founded the firm Studio Associato Necchi Sorci (currently Studio Necchi, Sorci & Associati) together with Roberto Sorci, after a long-lasting period of co-operation.

The firm operates in statutory auditing of companies, corporate and tax consultancy, with a specialisation in the music and music-publishing industry.

In particular, during his professional activity, between others, the following important assignments were carried out:

  • 2001 ENICHEM S.p.A.: appraisal of the business Strategic chemical division for a contribution in kind
  • 1998-1999 Teatro Comunale of Bologna and Gran Teatro La Fenice of Venezia: appraisal of the assets of the theatre.
  • 1996 E.A.TEATRO ALLA SCALA: appraisal of the assets of the theatre
  • 1995 ENICHEM S.p.A.: appraisal of the business for a contribution in kind
  • 1990 MONTEDIPE S.r.l.: appraisal of the business for a contribution in kind
  • 1990 MONTEDISON S.p.A.: appraisal of the stock offered by ENIMONT S.p.A. to MONTEDISON S.p.A.
  • 1989 MONTEDIPE S.p.A.: contribution of the chemical business activity to ENIMONT S.p.A..
  • 1987 IMPREFAL S.p.A. (FIATIMPRESIT group): contribution of the business activity named Costruzioni Italia of the IMPREFAL S.p.A.

Together with the professional activity, he has been carrying out for many years the publishing activity, writing articles of a tax matter, with a specialisation in international tax problems.
In 1991, together with Roberto Sorci, he wrote the book The estimate appraisals (Le perizie di stima) for EBC.

1983 Qualified as Dottore Commercialista (Chartered Public Accountant) in Bergamo in 1982; Registered with the Milans list of C.P.A.s in July 1983.
