June 1994 – June 2002 (from 2000 part-time): Coordinator of the Supportive Care Programme at the Dr. Daniel den Hoed Kliniek, academic Hospital Rotterdam. From December 1998 until October 2001 also coordinator and programme leader Centre for the Development of Palliative Care Rotterdam, stimulating and guiding research projects.
